We have been selling lock picking tools since 2011 and we pick locks ourselves. Ties and the team test the sets and locks first and help you choose. Questions? Message us on WhatsApp: on working days from 9:00 you get a reply within an hour.
Frequently asked questions
Is lock picking legal?
That depends on the country you live in. Only pick locks that you own or have permission to pick, and never locks that are in use. Read more in our article Are lock pick sets illegal? This is not legal advice.
Can I still exchange a gift after the holidays?
You have 30 days to change your mind from the day you receive your order, no reason needed. After that you have another 14 days to send the product back. It must be in its original condition. Return costs are the same as the shipping costs for your country; they are free if we made a mistake or the product is faulty. More details on our returns page.
When will my order arrive?
We ship from the Netherlands with tracking. Within Europe, delivery usually takes 2 to 14 days. Costs and delivery times per country are in our shipping policy.
Will a product get cheaper if I wait?
It might. From 4 November, two products get a lower price every day, and on Black Friday (27 November) our 10 best-sellers get their lowest price. Stock is limited, though.
Are the discounts real?
Yes. The crossed-out price is the lowest price we charged for that product in the 30 days before the sale. During the sale, prices only go down, never up in between.
