Yes, with your personal Track & Trace.

After we have packed your order, you will receive an email from us. In this email, you will find all the information you need to track your order.
Through the large blue button “Track your shipment”, you can view all status updates.

Is your order not receiving any new status updates? Then click on the code under “Track & Trace”, for example “JVGL0000000000000000”. With this code, you can check the status of your order via the carrier.

We ship to all of Europe and offer free delivery to various countries within Europe starting from €30,-*. See the shipping costs per country.

*for countries other than the Netherlands, we may charge a higher price.

Delivery to a Dutch address is often very quick. An order placed before 23:29 can be expected at home as early as tomorrow. For delivery to an address outside the Netherlands, if you order before 23:29, we will ship it the same day, provided the product is in stock. For delivery within Europe, you can expect your package within 2-14 days. For delivery outside Europe, it may take longer than 14 days, and delivery is partly dependent on the customs clearance of your package by the local customs.
