Five “serrated pins” in a Cut Away lock to learn lockpicking. This practice lock will teach you how to improve your lockpick skills with serrated pins.
Because you can see the internal mechanism of the lock you have the advantage of seeing how different lock picks manipulate each pin.
This Cut Away lock from Sparrows is a copper lock with a we milled window so you can see the advanced security pins.
This practice lock from Sparrows comes with a key with barrel-like design and a Schlage keyhole. It contains five “serrated pins,” which are serrated pins. This allows you to learn how to work with special security pins.
Because there are several notches in these knurled pins, the pins bind in a very unique way. Knurled pins give lockpickers a distinct feeling during lockpicking, as if your pins were already in place.
With the window milled away, you have the advantage of being able to see what you are feeling when placing the “serrated pins”. This will help you learn faster how to place the pins to the break line.
Like every Sparrows practice lock, you can re-pin this lock using the Reload kit. The pinning tweezers are highly recommended when working with the small parts.
