Update 13/01: The lockdown has been extended
This information only applies to orders within the Netherlands.
Update 23/1/2021:
The Dutch government has decided to extend the lockdown until February 9 due to the risk of the British corona variant.
The curfew means that you cannot expect any deliveries at home from 21:00 tonight.
This has no further effect on our web shop. Of course, our webshop remains open and you can order lockpicks without worry.

Can I still return my purchases?
Of course, we are accommodating regarding the return period. It is therefore no problem to send your order back to us, even during the corona pandemic. Do you have a defective purchase? Please contact our customer service via this page.
Can I reserve the Disc Detainer Lockpick from Bosnianbill, LockpickingLawyer, and Sparrows?
Unfortunately, it is still unclear when the Disc Detainer Lockpick from BB, LLP, and Sparrows will be available on the European market. Sparrows is currently struggling with the production of the Disc Detainer Lockpick, as the corona pandemic is heavily impacting us all. When we finally have good news about the Disc Detainer Lockpick, we will announce it via our newsletter!
Is it possible to pick up an order in the store?
Unfortunately, this is still not possible for the time being. However, if you have questions or would like to receive an order with an expedited shipping method, please contact us via our customer service through this page.
