If you get a bit confused about how lockpicking works due to all the English terms, we are happy to explain the difference between BOK and TOK.
Bottom (bottom) and Top (top) do not correspond to how we install our locks in the Netherlands. These are terms that were coined in America, where cylinder locks in doors are often installed the other way around. The pins are at the top of the lock in America, unlike in Europe, where the pins are at the bottom of the lock.
BOK tension wrenches are less popular because they limit space. No room for TOK? Then a BOK wrench can still be valuable. Moreover, a low #1 pin can hide behind a TOK tension wrench. In this case, a BOK tension wrench may be the better option.
The BOK Tension Wrench offers less space in the keyhole for the lockpick, but can be a valuable alternative.
