Sparrows Lebel Wrench

An unique lock requires an unique tension wrench.

The Pengcheng lock is used to secure motorcycles and scooters. The padlock is attached to the disc brake, preventing the wheel from fully rotating.

In collaboration with Albert Lebel, Sparrows has designed the Lebel wrench. The Lebel Wrench helps you tackle the various security features of this lock.

With this special key, you can access the non-rotating front of the Pengcheng tubular lock and tension it in a way that simulates the operation of a tubular key.

This is the major difference: most radial locks have a rotating front, allowing you to use a regular tension wrench like the GOAT.

With the Lebel key, you can rotate this lock, enabling you to open it with a lockpick set.
