Sparrows Master Pin Set

This is a training kit that teaches you how master keys and sub master keys work as groups.
A master key or master key is often used in hotels so that both staff and guests have control over access to a location. Each guest has control over access to his/her own room with his/her key. The sub-major key allows staff to access a group of guest locks again. The master key must have access to all locks.
This Pin set has all the keys, pins and a cheat sheet so you know how to set your lock.
If you set up the Master Key Pin Set, then you have three groups. The keys of these groups are marked with the playing card symbols spades, diamonds, clubs and hearts.

The master key opens all four locks.
The sub-major key opens two of the four locks.
The standard key opens only one lock.

Reinstalling the pins (re-pinning) is very easy and involves only replacing the key pins.

The Master Key Pin Set works with Sparrows Progressive Locks and Sparrows Revolver Practice Lock. The Progressive Locks and Revolver are not included in this set.

Also purchase Sparrows Pinning Tweezers so you can easily grasp and place these small parts. These special tweezers have a rounded headpiece that makes it easy to grasp the small round pins.
