This is the cheap disc detainer pick from China, made to lockpick cylinder disc locks (like this practice lock). Cylinder disc locks are mainly made by the well-known lock brand ABLOY.

Disc detainer lock picks are generally hard to find and if you find one at all, they are 10x more expensive than this version. The lockpick requires some extra attention that can be deployed with minimal effort.
