If you have chosen to pay via bank transfer, you can transfer the purchase amount to our account number NL60 KNAB 0741 8350 37, in the name of Lospon. Please ensure that you always include both your name and your order number with the payment.

It may happen that our email ends up in your spam box. If you don’t find it there, there may be a delay in the sending of the email or your payment may not have been successful. Here are some steps you can follow:

• Check if the amount has been deducted from your account or if there is an amount reserved on your credit card.
  • If money has been deducted from your account: Due to high demand, the sending of the confirmation email may sometimes be delayed. We kindly ask you to wait for 1 hour. If you still have not received a confirmation after this hour, please contact our customer service.
  • If no money has been deducted from your account: In this case, it seems your order was not successful, and we advise you to place the order again. You do not need to worry about duplicate orders; we do not ship orders without a successful payment.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email with your invoice attached. You also have the option to download your invoices through your order overview in My Account. If you have just placed your order, we ask you to wait until it has been shipped. After that, you will find the invoice attached in the shipping confirmation.

No, we do not offer the option to pick up your order and pay in cash.
