“Dear SPARROWS,

In looking at your website, I notice that you are missing essential tools that I use every day, a poker. Yes, just a poker.

I am a locksmith and there are two tools where I can get irritated when people use it without immediately returning it, my poker and my tweezers.

I use the poker to remove C-clips, reach pins in locks, stop springs, you name it. Recently we were talking about our favorite tool, and mine was without a doubt my poker. Although I have several, this is my favorite.

Feel free to develop one at my suggestion. If you want to mention me, use my old infantry radio call sign, “Rodent.”
