A tension wrench that can be used on wafer cylinder locks with wafers. These locks are better known in English as wafer locks. With this tension wrench, you can apply tension to the wafer in the lock while moving the other wafers to the shear line.
This specifically refers to special wafer cylinder locks, namely those with small keys.
