How do I order from Lockpickings.com?
Ordering lockpicking items is easy in just four steps:
- Select a product from our lockpicking range.
- Add the product to your cart by clicking the large button.
- Check your address details, enter them, and choose a shipping method.
- Complete your order using your preferred payment method. This can be done with various options like Sofort, credit card, PayPal, Giropay, or Klarna invoice.
Note:
- Check your address details carefully to ensure the delivery driver can deliver your order to the correct address without any issues.
- Create your own account to complete your order more quickly.
- If you encounter issues during your order, clear your cookies and reload the page.
Is shipping really free for orders over €50?
Yes. If you place an order of more than €50, shipping is free within Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Unfortunately, orders delivered to addresses outside Germany are not eligible for free shipping. If you live outside Germany, you will also receive a discount on shipping.

When will I receive my order?
It is extremely important that your order arrives as quickly as possible. That is why we ship all orders immediately if we receive them by 11:00 PM.
For addresses within Germany, you can expect your order to arrive the next day.
Belgian addresses can also expect their order the next day.
Shipping should take no longer than five business days. Is it taking too long? Let us know so we can take care of it.
Can I track my order?
Yes, with your personal Track & Trace.
After we pack your order, you will receive an email from us. In this message, you will find everything you need to track your order.
With the large blue button “Track Your Shipment“, you can monitor all status updates.
Is your order not receiving status updates? Then click on the code under “Track and Trace“, which looks like “JVGL0000000000000000“. With this code, you can check the status updates provided by the shipping company.
What are the shipping options?
We ship your order with DHL or Hermes.
By default, we choose DHL to ship orders. However, a small shipment is often handed over to Hermes.
Can I return my order?
Yes, absolutely. If you would like to cancel your order, you can return it to us within 30 days.

Can I change the order I placed?
Yes, of course you can change your order. However, please note that we pack orders at 4:00 PM. If your order was placed at that time, it might already have been packed.
We often pack orders placed after 11:00 PM as well. As long as our orders have not yet been picked up, we will pack and ship everything.
A quick delivery is very important to us.
So, if you want to change something, be quick and let us know directly.
