How do I place an order?

Add the products to your digital cart using the appropriate button. With an account at Lockpickingsets.de, this process will be faster as we already have your information.

Is my product available?

You can check the availability directly on the product page, near the price information. This stock status is always up-to-date. If the product is out of stock, you can sign up as an interested buyer. This lets us know to hurry up and restock the product!

How do I modify my order?

As long as you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, it’s possible to modify your order. For changes to your name or address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

What do I do if I have a complaint?

First of all, our sincere apologies. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, but sometimes mistakes happen. We are happy to resolve your issue. The fastest way is to contact our customer service.

How do I change the delivery address of my order?

Changing the delivery address of your current order depends on the delivery service:

  1. Delivery via PostNL or DHL
    • Haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet? Contact our customer service to change the address.
    • Already received a shipping confirmation? You can change the address via the ‘Change delivery’ option in the Track and Trace of PostNL or DHL.
    • Is the package already far along in the delivery process? Unfortunately, a change is no longer possible, not even through customer service. There will be a message on your Track and Trace page. You can try to pick up the package at the incorrect address or ask for it to be refused. In that case, your order will return to Lockpickingsets.de, and you will receive a refund within 5 days.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order yourself through My Lockpickingsets.de as long as it hasn’t left our warehouse yet. Is the order already on its way? Then you can refuse it at the door or return it using our online return form.
